Do not take passport or ID photographs here at the Canberra Plaza outlet. The images are terrible; the lighting setup is a joke. A total waste of $16. Seriously, just donโ€™t.

The staff was nice when taking the photo, but when they showed it to me, it was on the small camera screen. I couldn't see the details of my eyes. When I called to ask if I could retake the photo, the staff said they couldn't retake it unless the photo was rejected by the government and they received a letter as proof. It was a very poor experience. I will not recommend them to anyone.

"$16 for four passport photos is an exorbitant price, and the service was very rude."

The staff was very rude and unfriendly. They mumbled, making it difficult to understand them. When I asked them to repeat themselves, they were unhelpful. The picture-taking skills were awful; the pictures were ugly and dark. They insisted it would take 30 minutes to collect them, and the pictures didn't even need that much time to edit (because they were ugly). I will not be coming back again.

"Very bad experience. I printed 24 R4 matte photos, and they all turned out overexposed. The staff simply said they print what was sent. If only a few of the photos were overexposed, I would have accepted it. But when all 24 were overexposed, something must be wrong. Expensive, lousy photo quality, and bad service. ๐Ÿ™"

"If I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff didn't even bother to adjust the lighting in the photo before printing (we printed an 8R family shot), unlike other shops. The picture is so dark and horrible. Please avoid this shop at all costs, no matter how desperate you are!"

"Too bad I only remembered to read reviews after visiting the business. The passport photo taking and editing 'skills' are almost non-existent, and they charge $21! ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ™„ The editing was unnatural, and staff claimed they didnโ€™t have the original photo, even though the photo was taken the day before. Okay, what can I say? Repeat: avoid at all cost, unless you can live with a terribly edited photo, or have spare cash to retake it elsewhere. Don't bother."

"Perhaps this wasn't owner-cooked. The Kimchi Soup with rice was served with tang hoon that was hard and uncooked. When we returned the soup to the stall, they recooked it for us, but it was still not ideal. The person at the counter didn't seem surprised by our return, though, so maybe it's a common occurrence? I didn't realize that some hawker/food court stalls, like this one, have continued to drop in standards. Where are those passionate hawkers of the past?""

"Not bad Japanese and Korean food, but it's quite expensive for the area."
