Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they try to be as slow as possible so people will just leave. In five minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposefully slow they are, which is frustrating. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people to avoid helping customers.

I would not recommend collecting Shopee parcels here; just spend the extra money for home delivery. The staff here seem unhelpful. I know it’s not their main business, but I don’t think they should collect commission from Shopee if they aren't going to provide any assistance.

There's no separate counter for parcel collection. The staff chat freely, but ask you to queue and wait. I waited nearly an hour for one parcel.

The staff at work have a bad attitude. There are no procedures for handling things. If you need to pick up a package, you must leave it there. It's a waste of time. Basic courtesy isn't respected.

It seems they have a separate queue for parcels now, but everyone else coming in for device consultations still queues. They also never manage the separation properly. There's now an extra queue for collections, but everything is slow because of all the people asking questions. I can literally see my parcel (a 30-minute wait, by the way). The management is very poor, and this has been going on for so long without much improvement.
