KFC always hits the spot! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and flavorful. Service is fast, and the sides are great. It's perfect for a quick, tasty meal. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always check your order upon receiving your KFC order in Singapore. I ordered a 3-piece original recipe meal (for children) but received hot and crispy instead! This isn't the first time KFC has mixed up customer orders, with missing or incorrect items. Terrible! KFC management, you seriously need to acknowledge this issue and review the work processes for all KFC Singapore locations.

I ordered a Zinger Box, and the crispy drumstick was tiny, about the size of my finger. The quality at KFC has dropped significantly; it's totally not worth the price anymore.

Ordered the Meltz Buddy Meal, but didn't receive any Meltz! The à la carte Meltz cost $8.25, but I was given a token worth $3. HAH! Their math doesn't add up! Very disappointed and felt cheated!

The staff was always nice to me, but whenever something happens, they tend to make the situation seem much worse than it is. I ordered "Fanta Grape" once, and what was supposed to be a purple, fizzy drink was actually a bland, clear, fizzy water. The manager needs to look into this.

I love the food here. I frequently come here to buy KFC, and also for takeaway. The chicken is very fresh, and they always serve it hot, especially the mashed potatoes! They're so good. I love it. I will always come back. Please continue to be this good. I love it so much. 😍😍 Honest review from my sincere heart.
