I don't know why people give such a low rating. Service was alright. I bought soya bean ice cream. It was very nice. I ate it before I could take a picture. For $2.10, I think it's worth it.

I bought Mr Bean at Canberra Plaza. The staff was very friendly; if I'm not wrong, her name is Grace Choo. She's very kind, and her service was very good. Now, I go more often to Canberra Plaza to order soya milk. I really appreciate her service. Thank you ❤️

I just bought a rice ball today, around 7:07 PM, from a skinny lady who sounded Indo or Chinese. The moment I came, she was cleaning the pancake section. When I said hi to her, she was already giving an attitude or a vibe as if she didn't want me there. She just said, "Order," so I told her I wanted an all-peanut rice ball. She just remained silent and made the order. After she cashed me out rudely, I asked her, "All peanut, right?" She then rudely said, "You want mixed? Otherwise, I'll change it." Then I said, "Okay, you change it." After she angrily changed it, she threw my spoon into the plastic bag, with no "sorry" or "thank you." Very bad service.

Nonsensical service with staff who don't know what they're doing. "We've already keyed it in, cannot cancel."... Seriously?! With today's computer system? "PayNow went through on your side, but our system didn't receive it. You need to pay again."

Unable to order the porridge because the only worker who knows how to cook it, a part-timer, went out to throw rubbish, and it was uncertain if she would come back to work or was taking a break after she threw the rubbish. This was after I had queued up for a long queue.

At 8 am, the shop was still closed. After waiting until 8:10 am, which has happened a few times, I asked a staff member when they would open. She replied that they were unable to open it and continued making pancakes. Hope this will improve as I love Mr Bean Rice ball!

I normally wouldn't give a bad review, and I understand people have their bad days. However, every time I'm here, I receive rude, impatient service from this Chinese lady, even when I politely ask about the menu. She speaks impatiently, as if I should know the menu inside out; after all, I didn't create it. On a positive note, I love the Vietnamese coffee, and I'm thankful the company offers this, which is a rare find for us plant-based people.

I ordered 2 cups of hot soy milk this evening. One of them is less than 3/4 full. There is no spillage in the bag.

Horrible customer service — always out of ice cream or the machine is down/broken. Suggestions: 1. Hire people who can speak English. Your staff can't even communicate when I ask them things. 2. Have a two-sided sign for your ice cream machine. Side A - To show it's making ice cream. This prevents customer frustration from having to get in line and wait for five people to be served, only to be told it's not ready or needs more time. Side B - To show you are out of ice cream. 3. Do something about your equipment. The ice cream machine at Canberra is always down. Not sure if it's really down or if staff don't know how to operate it.
