Excellent service by their staff! Siva is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Quite a few times when I went into the shop, I could hear Siva guiding the elderly about the phone plans they offer. If anyone wants phone accessories or a SIM card, this is the right place to go!

We've been dropping parcels as a seller at this place for many years, since it first opened. As a seller, time is money, and accountability is very important. We've worked well with the staff, especially Siva, even though she's only been working here for about a year. She is efficient and knowledgeable when approached for advice. We look forward to working with her and the place for years to come!

Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man worked there. After they switched to the Indian lady, the service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off), even though they get paid per order scanned. If I asked her to scan my parcels, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and generally showing poor customer service. Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and happily scan my parcels for me.

I always visit this drop-off point for seller drop-offs. The staff, a friendly and helpful lady (I believe her name is Siva), is great. So far, I've had no issues. Their break times are also scheduled during non-peak hours, and the location is convenient.
