Terrible system. For the whole two hours, the microphone volume was soft and loud inconsistently. Worse, the speaker kept making a sharp siren noise; I'm not sure if the room was too small. We entered the room a few minutes after 9 pm because the staff was cleaning it. But our room time stopped 5 minutes before 11 pm. We could have sung another song if Teo Heng at Canberra hadn't shortchanged me and my girlfriend. Lousy system and bad service.

I had a fantastic time! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. There were numerous song choices, and you could even search YouTube for any song you wanted. The room was simple but spacious, comfortably accommodating the three of us in the small room we booked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Great experience for the price and a great selection of songs. Even if a song wasn't in the database, you could find it through the YouTube function.

"Usually the staff here are very friendly and helpful. But today (10/31/24), I was served by an arrogant young guy with unusual hair. From the start, he seemed very high-strung and unpleasant! When I asked him a simple question, he answered in a sarcastic tone. The older ladies and the Chinese guy are very polite. People are here to have fun; please hire someone with basic courtesy."
