"This is the worst clinic I've been to. When you're sick, the doctor claims it's just a normal cough and flu. I saw the doctor at 9 am, and they gave me only one day of medical leave, saying I just felt feverish and had a viral cough and the flu. They prescribed only cough and flu medicine and told me to just rest at home. By 4 pm, I had a fever of 37.9°C, and at 6 pm, my temperature went up to 39.6°C. Now I had to go back to a clinic. I called their phone four times, and no one answered after 6:20 pm. They said it's a MUST to take an ART test. I didn't go back to the same clinic because I think they treat patients differently, especially when it's your company doctor, paying $5 for $5 treatment. I went to another clinic, and the doctor prescribed stronger medicine and antibiotics. Just choose your doctor wisely, especially when you're really sick. Not everyone is just there for the medical leave!"

This is my second visit, and both the front desk and the doctor were friendly on both visits. Doctor Wong listened well to our concerns, unlike other doctors elsewhere. This wasn't just due to the time of day; I went both during and outside of rush hour, and they were still very approachable and friendly. 👍🏻

Doctor Tan was detailed in his explanation. However, the clinic staff seemed distracted by the payment process. One of them claimed to have explained the medication, when she had clearly only explained the product I was purchasing. When I asked about the medication, she insisted she had already explained it instead of explaining it then. It was a turn-off, so I walked away, and she followed me, trying to explain herself. Nevertheless, they are not rude people, so 3 stars for that.

April 20th. When I came into the clinic, I noticed the staff kept shaking their heads and sighing because there was a lineup. I informed the staff that I was there to see the doctor because I had a fever and wanted a medical certificate. The staff responded, "So, you want a medical certificate, lah?" I said I'd let the doctor check me first. After I went in, the doctor said, "Don't ask my staff to give you a medical certificate." I was like, "?????". Is it my fault because I didn't know how the clinic works?

The nurse was rude when I requested a stool because the air conditioning in the clinic was too cold for a sick child. She rudely brought a stool, saying it was hers and that it was okay for her to stand while working. I saw four stools stacked up next to her, yet she said they didn't have extra stools. Clearly, she has no empathy for unwell patients. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

"I was just looking for a clinic near me and stumbled upon Viva. Everyone, from the clinical assistants to the doctors, was very nice. I didn't get their names, but the clinical assistant with the hijab and red hair was super warm and friendly! Dr. Ivan Tan is super nice and took his time to go over my concerns without passing judgment or rushing me. A lot of doctors outside of Viva don't do this and don't think your concerns are valid, but the doctors here really go over your symptoms and take you seriously! The female doctor here is also good. Well done, Viva!"

I almost always have a bad experience whenever I come to this clinic, but sometimes I have no choice because other clinics are closed. During my recent visit, the male doctor sounded very arrogant. I was describing my symptoms when he cut me off and sounded condescending. For context: I told him my esophagus hurt, but he interrupted me with an irritated voice and said, "Don't say esophagus, because you don't know which part is painful. Just say chest pain, etc." The funny thing is, in the end, he said it was likely due to gastric issues, so I was right. It couldn't be my trachea that hurt, and I know my body better. Worst doctor I've ever met. 🙄

Today's visit to the doctor was incredibly expensive. I've been there many times, but I was really disappointed today. Upon receiving the bill for two medications and the consultation fees, I realized one of the medicines was unnecessary and requested its removal. However, I was surprised to learn from the nurse that even after removing the medication, the total bill remained the same due to the inclusion of GST and a minimum charge requirement. I find this situation utterly ridiculous, especially since I received medication I didn't require. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to this facility.

Went to see the doctor for a sore throat and pain medicine. I walked in around 8 pm and asked if they were open. They said yes, but my mask was damaged. The receptionist and nurses on the night shift were so nice, helpful, and polite. They went the extra mile and provided me with a free mask when I asked if they could give me one before I came in! I am so happy and grateful for such a kind gesture. They didn't stop me from seeing the doctor. I am really very thankful to the night shift nurses working on August 2, 2023, at 8 pm. I didn't manage to get both ladies' names, but thank you so much for letting me in and going the extra mile by providing me with a free mask before I entered the clinic to see the doctor. Next time, I will bring an extra mask when seeing the doctor. Dr. Ivan is a very professional doctor, neat, clean, and very patient. He listens well to the patient, and I felt well taken care of. Thank you, Viva nurses, receptionist, and doctor! I had a very good first-time walk-in experience with this clinic and will visit again if needed.
