The drinks weren't good. I was expectant and looking forward to them, however, the passion fruit green tea didn't taste like tea. Neither did the tea latte, which was supposed to be strong and have double the flavor.

Friendly staff, especially the person taking the order. The milk tea is nice, and the pearls/bubbles are chewy. If you like strong tea, you can order their double tea latte :)

I like their cute bubble tea egg pancakes, which come in original and taro flavors. They are only available at the Canberra outlet. The pancakes are soft and fluffy, and the taro filling isn't too sweet. I hope they come out with new flavors like cheese and chocolate π. I also tried their monthly drink (June edition), the Yakult Kiwi Green Tea, which was refreshing and nice.

"Many items were out of stock (see photo). I tried to use a Shopee voucher for winter melon but was told to return after March 25th or choose a lower-value item. Because returning was too inconvenient, I chose the lower-value item. I won't be buying another voucher from this chain again."

"I love their pink guava tea drink! They make the flavor using real fruit puree, and it's very tasty! Even the plum juice is made 100% from real plum. This is why they cannot alter the sweetness to customer preference. I appreciate their fruit tea."

**Red Bean Black Tea Latte ($5.90)** In short, this drink is as its name suggests. It had a large and generous amount of red bean with strong black tea, along with a hint of milk. Red bean and azuki lovers would absolutely love this. However, we felt like these components were very separated and individual. **Signature Egg Pancake Set (2 pieces for $2.60) and Taro Egg Pancake Set (2 pieces for $3)** Slightly crispy on the outside, these Yi Fang Pancakes are delightfully fluffy and soft and come in the shape of mini bubble teas. The batter was very fragrant and had a strong egg flavor. The taro filling was generous and had a prominent taro flavor. These would be lovely as an afternoon tea snack, especially paired with Yi Fangβs teas. Follow us on IG @toofoodtomiss for more foodie content!

I tried their new pancakes! They're super cute and adorable and made to order. They're sold in sets of two. The taro filling was very light, and I couldn't taste much of a difference. I recommend getting the original instead. They are really sweet, though, so it's best to have them with a strong tea!

Surprisingly, its floor area is quite spacious and has a row of "unique" seating for "drinking" in. Otherwise, I think the tea is quite normal, the same as many other bubble tea places. Given the limited choices in this area, with Koi near the MRT and this one in the mall, there aren't many other options. Prices are a bit high and seem to have increased again, as the website shows different (lower) prices. Maybe they forgot to update the website or simply raised them.

Tried their new pancakes! They're super cute and adorable, and made to order in sets of two. The taro filling was minimal, and I couldn't taste much of a difference. Get the original instead. They're really, really sweet though, so it's best to have them with a strong tea!
