Ordered hot Milo in my takeout meals. Living just two minutes away, I was home quickly. When I opened the order, I received coffee with milk instead of Milo, and my black coffee was only half a cup. Both drinks were not hot, but lukewarm. Disappointed.

I waited nearly 45 minutes for my food at the Canberra McDonald’s, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. The workers, despite being overwhelmed, were professional and hardworking. I even witnessed a staff member being shouted at, which was heartbreaking. The real issue here lies with management. It’s clear they’ve failed to address the inefficiencies, leaving the staff to bear the brunt of customer frustration. Shame on the management for not stepping up to fix this and for letting their workers take the blame.

"The orders always take a very long time, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. Furthermore, there's always a mistake with my takeout orders. I ordered through the mobile app, did some shopping at NTUC, and when I returned, my food wasn't ready. So, I went for a walk and came back for my order. I ordered a McGriddles Stack, which should have come with two sausage patties and bacon. However, I received a normal Mcgriddle Sausage. The Milo was even more diluted than usual, and I had ordered it without ice because it's always diluted. This wasn't the first time my order has been packed incorrectly, and especially when you're hungry, you can't walk all the way back to exchange it. Nor do you have the time to unpack everything in front of them to check the order. It makes no sense that these staff members are getting paid to pack our orders. I hope that every staff member can double-check orders before handing them over. I don't mind waiting; I just want my order to be correct."

I have to acknowledge that the service and staff here generally do a good job, about 8 out of 10 times. However, my order today, on April 13th, left me disappointed. I ordered breakfast through the mobile app around 10:30 AM. When I went to collect my order, they said they were out of hash browns. Weekend breakfast is served until 12:00 PM, and it wasn't even close to that time, yet they had already run out of hash browns? This was a significant oversight by the management team. I don't know whether to blame the manager or the supplier, but surely they need to have a surplus of an item as popular as hash browns, especially on a Sunday when more people are ordering. Severely disappointed; you need to do better.

Two pieces of feedback from me today, October 12, 2024: I ordered a burger. The first time I've been served a cup of warm water to go with my fish burger. That's a plus. The staff never asked if I had the McDonald's app to accrue points. Consequently, I always forget to collect points at this branch. That's a negative.
