I wanted to buy two of their LOZ brick sets, which were priced at $6.90 each. However, upon payment, they charged $9.90. When I pointed out the sign to the staff, she simply shrugged it off as an administrative mistake and didn't offer an apology.
While the price difference wasn't huge, and I didn't purchase the items, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of service.

The shopkeeper was very patient and friendly. I wandered in at 9 PM on a sleepy Monday evening, and he was proactive in suggesting the right product for me. He even checked to make sure I got the color I wanted. Awesome service!
RUDE GUY. Sunbo should close down everywhere if this is how their staff is trained at every outlet. The guy who butchers the chicken is immoral. I asked for extra chicken and was charged $7.10, which is fine. But where is the extra chicken? How is this the portion with extra chicken I paid for? I double-checked and asked again, and he just said yes. Where is the HQ or customer service feedback to call about this? Horrible.
No wonder the rating is 2.0.
The staff was very rude and didn't respond properly when I ordered food. They also made sarcastic remarks when I asked for my soup to be separated from the macaroni.
The Chinese guy who takes my order is very rude. I asked for chicken porridge to eat in, but he packed it to go. Even though it was his mistake, he didn't apologize. He shouldn't be working there with his awful attitude.
