The food is excellent. Service is way above excellent. The Seafood Crispy noodles has a lot of sauce, and the shrimp are huge and fresh. The chicken feet are succulent and tasty. The sweet and sour pork tastes 10/10, and the Teochew pork cold dish is yummy.

On February 6, a group of eight colleagues gathered at Chin Lee Tea & Dine for a festive Lou Hei lunch to celebrate Chinese New Year. As a Teochew restaurant, it emphasizes a healthier style of cooking. We ordered a variety of dishes, including a uniquely prepared Lou Hei. Notably, the meal left no aftertaste of thirst, which was a pleasant surprise. I was especially pleased to enjoy the yam paste dessert with a vegan option, meaning it was served without pork lard. The service was excellent, with attentive servers who promptly replaced our plates and ensured our tea was constantly refilled. Overall, we had a sumptuous and satisfying meal, well worth the price. No regrets!

The old woman working at the counter gave us death stares and didn't want to let us in because we apparently looked like gangsters. They told us to come at 8:15, so we waited outside and came at 8:15 since we didn't have a booking, and they let in some couple who arrived later. Absolutely shameful!

Terrible system. For the whole two hours, the mic was soft and loud inconsistently. Worse, the speaker kept making a sharp siren noise; I'm not sure if the room was too small. We entered the room a few minutes after 9 pm because the staff was cleaning. However, our room stopped 5 minutes before 11 pm. We could have sung another song if Teo Heng at Canberra hadn't shortchanged me and my girlfriend. Lousy system and bad service.

I had a fantastic time! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. There were numerous song choices, and you could even search on YouTube for any song you wanted. The room was simple but spacious, comfortably accommodating the three of us in the small room we booked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

"Usually, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. But today (10/31/24) I was served by an arrogant young guy with funny hair. From the start, he seemed very high-strung and unpleasant! When I asked him a simple question, he answered in a sarcastic tone. The older ladies and the Chinese guy are very polite. People come here to have fun; please hire someone with basic courtesy."
