The shopkeeper was very patient and friendly. I wandered in at 9 PM on a sleepy Monday evening, and he was proactive in suggesting the right product for me. He even checked that I got the color I wanted. Awesome service!

The staff was very rude and didn't respond properly when I ordered food. They also gave me sarcastic remarks when I asked for my soup to be separated from the macaroni.

The Chinese guy who takes my order is very rude. I asked for chicken porridge to eat in, but he packed it. Even though it was his mistake, he did not apologize. He shouldn't be working there with his awful attitude.

RUDE GUY. Sunbo should close down everywhere if this is how their staff is trained at every outlet. The guy who butchers the chicken is immoral. I asked for extra chicken and was charged $7.10, okay. Where is the extra chicken? How is this the portion with extra chicken I paid for? I double-checked and asked again, and he just said yes. Where is the HQ or customer service feedback to call about this? Horrible. No wonder the rating is 2.0.
