Excellent service by their staff! Siva is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Quite a few times when I went into the shop, I could hear Siva guiding the elderly about the phone plans they offer. If anyone wants to get phone accessories or a SIM, this is the right place to go!
Opening hours are listed as 10:15 am on Saturdays, but the shop wasn't open. It sometimes opens well after the listed hours. Don't bother trying to collect parcels from this unreliable shop.
"Lun, aren't you aware it opens at 10:15 on weekends?"
Ms. Siva is very friendly and helpful in servicing me with Shopee drop-offs and parcel collections. She's a patient staff member who serves me very well. Keep it up!
Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man worked there. After they switched to the Indian lady, their service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off), even though they get paid per order scanned. If I asked her to scan my parcels, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and overall showing poor customer service.
Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and will scan your parcels for you happily.
Value for money ramen sets! $13 for my miso mushroom ramen + takoyaki + drink. The best part is that GST is included, and no service fee is required. Even so, the service was better than at places where you pay service fees!
My miso mushroom ramen broth was decent, and I would have preferred my noodles a little more al dente (which you could probably note for next time). Anyway, the sides were really good! 5/5 for the takoyaki balls – crispy on the outside, fluffy, and piping hot on the inside.
For this price point, I have absolutely no complaints. It was a happy dinner, and I heard other customers telling the chefs they did a great job too. Keep it up. 💯
The kids had the char siu tonkotsu ramen, and the adults had the spicy char-siu tonkotsu ramen, and it was delicious. The soup broth was really nice. Ordering was smooth, and the service was great.
I wanted to have some soup for dinner and tried the ramen from this eatery. I must say I really enjoyed the food. The noodles were done just right, not too tough, and the soup was yummy.
I am here again with my mum, and we tried different dishes. My mum likes the noodles and soup too. As her teeth are not too strong, she thinks the texture of the noodles is just right as well.
I will take my daughter the next time.
Sorry, we were too excited to try the food and took pictures only after we started. 😋
This ramen place is quite affordable, and the soup tasted good.
A basic ramen costs $9, and you can add $4 for a side and a drink.
The pork slice is very thin, though nice. The egg was quite overcooked, I think it sat out too long before being served. I also noted some inflexibility in the restaurant; they don't allow tables to be moved or adjusted to accommodate your party size.
Tried the tonkotsu char siew ramen, and I'd say it's an above-average bowl of ramen. The broth is thick and has a rich texture. The ramen itself is also delicious and springy; you won't have any complaints about it. The add-on, with a top-up of $4, comes with a can of drink, 2 pieces of freshly fried chicken karaage, and a few edamame. The total cost is about $15, which is an average price for ramen in a shopping center.
