I approached a staff member and kindly asked her to clean a dirty table. She pointed somewhere above her head and said it wasn't her job. The other three staff members turned to look at me, then turned back and continued with their tasks. I then asked the cashier if I needed to ask every staff member to find someone to clear the table, but she ignored my question. I suggest placing a feedback QR code so customers can share their experiences more easily.

There is a younger lady from Malaysia who works as a cashier, and she has a serious attitude problem. She gives an unpleasant look just for doing her simple job. When I complained about the taste and quality of the coffee, which was indeed lacking, she acted as if she wanted to fight and didn't acknowledge that a customer was even talking to her. This behavior is consistent with other reviews about her.

"I'm always a fan of Ya Kun, but this outlet disappointed me so much. The cashier, a young Malaysian lady with brown hair, was incredibly rude. I was standing in front of her, and she was just using her phone despite seeing me. After I told her my order, she didn't acknowledge it and proceeded to payment. She didn't ask about the mode of payment and assumed it was paywave. There was no "thank you" or any other words from her. Did Ya Kun hire someone who is mute?"

Poor customer service. The eggs were cold, and the coffee was cold as well. The staff didn't seem interested in working; they appeared more interested in using their phones. They had a bad attitude towards customers and displayed unprofessional expressions. This is just one of many outlets in Singapore, but it's one of the worst.

The staff didn't ask how many were in my party and split my table. They weren't polite or respectful, and there were plenty of empty tables! The coffee was diluted, and the sandwich was terrible; the toast was like a biscuit. I remember there used to be prawn noodles on the Ya Kun menu, but not anymore.

"Firstly, the guy working there, whose name is Zhide, deserves praise for his kindness. My grandma didn't know how to buy a SIM card and went there to get one. He not only helped her patiently and explained all the useful information about data allowance (GBs, etc.), but he also helped her set up the SIM. Thank you on behalf of my grandma."
