Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man was working there. After they switched to the Indian lady, their service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off). Even though they get paid per order scanned, if I asked her to scan my parcel, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and overall showing poor customer service.
Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and will happily scan your parcels for you.
Opening hours: Saturday 10:15 am. Still not open. They sometimes open way after the stated hours. Don't bother collecting parcels from this unreliable shop.
"Lun, don't you know it opens at 10:15 am on weekends?"
We've been dropping parcels as a seller at this location for many years, since it first opened. As a seller, time is money, and accountability is very important. We've worked well with the staff, including Siva, even though she has only worked here for about a year. She is efficient and knowledgeable when approached for advice. We look forward to working with her and this location for years to come!
The kids had the char siu tonkotsu ramen, and the adults had the spicy char-siu tonkotsu ramen, and it was delicious. The soup broth was really nice. Ordering was smooth, and the service was great.
Value for money ramen sets! It was $13 for my miso mushroom ramen + takoyaki + drink. The best part is that GST is included, and no service fee is required. Even so, the service was better than at places where you *do* pay service fees!
My miso mushroom ramen broth was decent, and I preferred my noodles a little more al dente (which I'll probably note next time). Anyway, the sides were really good! I give the takoyaki balls a 5/5; they were crispy on the outside and fluffy and piping hot on the inside.
For this price point, I have absolutely no complaints. It was a happy dinner, and I heard customers telling the chefs that they did a great job too. Keep it up! 💯
Ordered the basic tonkatsu ramen and miso ramen. I preferred the miso ramen because it was more flavorful, but it could become a bit *jelat* and saltier as I ate it. I loved the spring onions! My family preferred the tonkatsu ramen.
I ordered their Tonkotsu ramen, but the broth didn't taste like authentic pig bone broth. The noodles were of poor quality. The chashu was thin, and I also didn't like the amount of sesame seeds they put in the ramen. I don't think I will return.
I wanted to have some soup for dinner and tried the ramen from this eatery. I must say I really enjoyed the food. The noodles were cooked just right, not too tough, and the soup was yummy. I am here again with my mum, and we tried different dishes. My mum likes the noodles and soup too. As her teeth aren't too strong, she thinks the texture of the noodles is just right as well. I'll take my daughter next time. Sorry, we were too excited to try the food and took pictures only after we started. 😋
This ramen place is quite affordable, and the soup tasted good. The basic ramen costs $9, and you can add $4 for a side and a drink. The pork slices are very thin, though nice. The egg was quite overcooked, I think, as it was left out too long before being served. I also noted some inflexibility in the restaurant; they don't allow tables to be shifted or adjusted to accommodate the number of people in your party.
