I bought the samosa, carrot cake, and you tiao, and they were cold and super oily. Besides that, the Indian lady staff was very aloof. She tossed the food into the paper bag and showed zero basic customer service, with no smile or thank you upon payment. Horrible! I still prefer the other staff, who is transgender.

"Usually the food quality and experience is okay, but today was just unpleasant. I went to buy Rojak You Tiao, and the lady said it was the last one, which I said was okay. So she packed it for me, gave me my food, and I gave her $4. She then said she didn't have $1 change. I was shocked. She insisted I get the change or go to 7-Eleven to get some. I asked what if I had a $10 bill; could she give me back $7? I saw she had a $5 and a $2 in the register, but she said no. I asked to pay by NETS, and she said everything was already closed. What bullcrap is this? Luckily, the senior staff told her to just return the $1, which she actually had in the cash register. It was a waste of time. To make matters worse, the Rojak was cold, hard, and unpleasant to eat. Sad. A super sad supper for me."

Enrolling my girl at Eton Academy at Canberra Plaza, since N2, has made me glad. Ms. Crisann's weekly lessons are enjoyable for her, and her teaching style is characterized by kindness and encouragement. I am also impressed with Ms. Crisann's way of handling my cheeky girl!

My child has been studying English at Eton Academy since K2 and has made a big improvement. I’m glad to see her becoming more confident with her studies. She is currently in Primary 1 and excelling in English at school, especially in grammar. We are very grateful for Teacher Jessy's guidance. Teacher Jessy always gave us positive feedback to encourage her, and the staff here are very friendly. Our child is very happy learning here.

My son has been studying English and Math at this tutoring center since April. The teachers are very attentive and patient, with a great ability to guide the children. They lead the kids to complete tasks diligently and cultivate their interest in learning, which I find excellent. In the TURN3 Math exam, my child achieved a perfect score for the first time, and I’m very proud of him. I believe this is also a great encouragement for the tutoring teachers, showing that their work is effective. Within just a few months, my son’s English vocabulary and reading skills have improved, making English and Math the subjects I find most worthwhile. Lastly, I want to extend my sincere thanks to his Math teacher, Phoebe, and his English teacher, Jessy! ❤️😊

My daughter has been with The Eton Academy @ Canberra Plaza since mid-2022, and she has shown improvement in her English. The teacher is very engaging and provides feedback on her progress after every lesson. My daughter always looks forward to attending the class every Saturday.

My daughter and son have both been enrolled in TEA since 2023 for English enrichment. They have grown more confident in the English language, expressing their thoughts, ideas, and creativity. The teacher is always friendly and encouraging, with a positive outlook that instills a positive learning attitude in the students. The educational landscape is changing, and teaching methods shouldn't be rigid. I am happy that TEA brings a fresh approach.

My daughter has been with Etonhouse from K1 to K2. We've observed great improvement in her English and reading. Teacher Crissan is very passionate and knows the children well. Her encouragement and teaching style have increased my daughter's confidence to share her ideas in class.
