The staff was nice when taking the photo, but when they showed it to me, it was on the small camera screen. I couldn't see the details of my eyes. When I called to ask if I could retake the photo, the staff said they couldn't retake it unless the photo was rejected by the government and they received a letter as proof. It was a very poor experience. I will not recommend them to anyone.

"I printed one black and white document from a PDF file and photocopied one sheet, both sides. They charged me $2."

Do not take passport or ID photographs here at the Canberra Plaza outlet. The images are terrible; the lighting setup is a joke. A total waste of $16. Seriously, just donโt.

"Unpleasant experience at Northpoint... Reasons: I bought a photo frame for $18 plus, but it was dirty and the metal hook was rusty. The lady in charge wasn't friendly and told me to clean it myself. When I got home, I cleaned it and discovered the hook was still rusty. I made a trip to Canberra to explain the situation at Northpoint to Ms. Belle. She then exchanged the photo frame without any issue. Many thanks to her for her help."

"Too bad I only remembered to read reviews after visiting the business. The passport photo taking and editing 'skills' are almost non-existent, and they charge $21! ๐๐ The editing was unnatural, and staff claimed they didnโt have the original photo, even though the photo was taken the day before. Okay, what can I say? Repeat: avoid at all cost, unless you can live with a terribly edited photo, or have spare cash to retake it elsewhere. Don't bother."

"If I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff didn't even bother to adjust the lighting in the photo before printing (we printed an 8R family shot), unlike other shops. The picture is so dark and horrible. Please avoid this shop at all costs, no matter how desperate you are!"

"Very bad experience. I printed 24 R4 matte photos, and they all turned out overexposed. The staff simply said they print what was sent. If only a few of the photos were overexposed, I would have accepted it. But when all 24 were overexposed, something must be wrong. Expensive, lousy photo quality, and bad service. ๐"

"Perhaps this wasn't owner-cooked. The Kimchi Soup with rice was served with tang hoon that was hard and uncooked. When we returned the soup to the stall, they recooked it for us, but it was still not ideal. The person at the counter didn't seem surprised by our return, though, so maybe it's a common occurrence? I didn't realize that some hawker/food court stalls, like this one, have continued to drop in standards. Where are those passionate hawkers of the past?""

The tteokbokki was very good, and the kimchi they provided was also good.
