"Firstly, the guy working there, whose name is Zhide, deserves praise for his kindness. My grandma didn't know how to buy a SIM card and went there to get one. He not only helped her patiently and explained all the useful information about data allowance (GBs, etc.), but he also helped her set up the SIM. Thank you on behalf of my grandma."

Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man was working there. After they switched to the Indian lady, their service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off). Even though they get paid per order scanned, if I asked her to scan my parcel, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and overall showing poor customer service. Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and will happily scan your parcels for you.

This ramen place is quite affordable, and the soup tasted good. The basic ramen costs $9, and you can add $4 for a side and a drink. The pork slices are very thin, though nice. The egg was quite overcooked, I think, as it was left out too long before being served. I also noted some inflexibility in the restaurant; they don't allow tables to be shifted or adjusted to accommodate the number of people in your party.

I ordered the Char Siu spicy miso ramen. As someone who loves ramen, this ramen isn't bad, but it's not the best. Eating this ramen made me feel very cozy and warm. However, I didn't like that it wasn't spicy enough. As a spice lover, my go-to ramen option is always the spicy one. Though the broth's lack of spice wasn't a huge disappointment, I thought the broth was very rich and flavorful. However, for the price, there are better ramen options available. If the spicy miso ramen were spicier, I would really love it. Side note: I added a lot of the spice powder, but it wasn't spicy at all.

The kids had the char siu tonkotsu ramen, and the adults had the spicy char-siu tonkotsu ramen, and it was delicious. The soup broth was really nice. Ordering was smooth, and the service was great.

Value for money ramen sets! It was $13 for my miso mushroom ramen + takoyaki + drink. The best part is that GST is included, and no service fee is required. Even so, the service was better than at places where you *do* pay service fees! My miso mushroom ramen broth was decent, and I preferred my noodles a little more al dente (which I'll probably note next time). Anyway, the sides were really good! I give the takoyaki balls a 5/5; they were crispy on the outside and fluffy and piping hot on the inside. For this price point, I have absolutely no complaints. It was a happy dinner, and I heard customers telling the chefs that they did a great job too. Keep it up! 💯

Ordered the basic tonkatsu ramen and miso ramen. I preferred the miso ramen because it was more flavorful, but it could become a bit *jelat* and saltier as I ate it. I loved the spring onions! My family preferred the tonkatsu ramen.
