Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man worked there. After they switched to the Indian lady, the service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off), even though they get paid per order scanned. If I asked her to scan my parcels, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and generally showing poor customer service. Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and happily scan my parcels for me.

What a delightful hidden gem of a ramen spot! If you're a Japanese cuisine enthusiast, this place is a must-visit. I always have an exceptional experience here – superb taste, premium quality, and fantastic service! Hence my weekly visits! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the toppings, like melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork and well-marinated shoyu eggs, are divine. What's even better is that the prices are surprisingly affordable. You get top-notch quality without breaking the bank. The value for money here is outstanding. The service deserves a special mention, too. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They go the extra mile to ensure a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or simply looking for a remarkable dining experience, this place won't disappoint.

Value for money ramen sets! It was $13 for my miso mushroom ramen + takoyaki + drink. The best part is that GST is included, and no service fee is required. Even so, the service was better than at places where you pay service fees! My miso mushroom ramen broth was decent, and I would have preferred my noodles a little more al dente (which you could probably request next time). Anyway, the sides were really good! I give the takoyaki balls 5/5 – crispy on the outside, fluffy, and piping hot on the inside. For this price point, I have absolutely no complaints. It was a happy dinner, and I heard other customers telling the chefs they did a great job too. Keep it up. 💯

Ordered the basic tonkatsu ramen and miso ramen. I preferred the miso ramen because it was more flavorful, but it could get a bit rich and salty as I ate it. I loved the spring onions! My family preferred the tonkatsu ramen.

I ordered their Tonkotsu ramen, but the broth didn't taste like real pork bone broth. The noodles were of poor quality. The chashu was thin, and I also didn't like the number of sesame seeds in the ramen. I don't think I'll be back.

The kids had the char siu tonkotsu ramen, and the adults had the spicy char-siu tonkotsu ramen, and it was delicious. The soup broth was really nice. Ordering was smooth, and the service was great.

Tried the tonkotsu char siu ramen, and I'd say it's an above-average bowl of ramen. The broth is thick and has a rich texture. The ramen itself is also delicious and springy; you won't have any complaints. The add-on, with a top-up of $4, comes with a can of drink, two pieces of freshly fried chicken karaage, and some edamame. The total cost is about $15, which is an average price for ramen in a shopping center.
